[MDF] Medium Density Fiberboard [RGH] Rough Concrete [10004] Light Grey
Industrial honesty. Architectural precision. A surface that tells the truth about material — and does it beautifully.
XSTONE MDF Rough Concrete Light Grey is a rough concrete stone-laminated MDF panel that brings the raw, tactile authenticity of worked mineral surfaces to precision-engineered furniture and architectural interiors. The MDF core provides what craftsmen and specifiers depend on: a perfectly stable, knot-free, CNC-machinable substrate optimised for tight-tolerance fabrication — furniture faces, bespoke joinery, retail display fixtures, and architectural wall panels executed with industrial precision.
Onto this calibrated foundation, the Rough Concrete mineral veneer introduces a counterpoint of deliberate imperfection. Fine granular reliefs, subtle directional marks, and an irregular micro-texture that feels shaped by process rather than polish — honest, grounded, and quietly powerful. The kind of surface that makes a luxury retail fixture look like a considered act of design, and a bespoke furniture piece feel rooted in something real.
In Light Grey, a soft milky pale grey with gentle mineral warmth that diffuses light without ever becoming cold or stark — the rawness of Rough Concrete is tempered into something refined and luminous. Industrial without harshness. Contemporary without trend. A combination that works equally in a flagship store, a premium hospitality environment, or an architectural residential interior.
Real stone laminate at 1–2 mm. MDF structural core. All the authenticity of concrete stone, with a fraction of the weight and the full precision of engineered fabrication. Compliant with E1 formaldehyde emission standards.

Affordable
MDF is a particularly affordable material compared to other solid woods commonly used in interior design.
Versatility
MDF is available in a wide variety of sizes, thicknesses, and types (water-resistant, fire-retardant, and pre-stained), allowing you to tackle a wide range of projects, such as kitchen cabinetry, office desks, storage units, shelves, and wall panels.
Easy to machine
MDF is very easy to cut, saw, and machine to create complex and custom shapes.
Good dimensional stability
MDF has high dimensional stability. It does not expand or contract even with slight changes in temperature and humidity
Eco friendly
This is a relatively environmentally friendly product because it can be easily recycled and is made from wood scraps or wood particles that have been compressed and reinforced with glue.
