Spre deosebire de vinilul tradițional sau de pardoselile sintetice, Ecuran este un material compozit pe bază biologică derivat din uleiuri vegetale (cum ar fi uleiul de canola sau de ricin) combinate cu minerale naturale precum creta. Atunci când este combinat cu suprafața laminată minerală XSTONE, sistemul oferă aspectul și textura autentică a pietrei naturale cu flexibilitatea unei soluții de pardoseală ușoară și de înaltă performanță.
