Key stages in making your project a reality
Design Project process
Generally speaking, when people want bespoke mineral veneers, they want a unique design that is specific to their brand and helps them stand out in their market. Custom manufacturing is a profession that combines skills in the fields of technology, design and style, communication, negotiation and project management. To bring your project to fruition, our teams will work with you to turn your expectations into reality.
YOUR DESIGN PROJECT IN 5 STEPS
The first stage: specifications.
First, we’ll work with you to define your specifications: we’ll study your expectations, your needs, your requirements (texture, colours, substrate and deadlines) based on a colour code, a photo, the matching of a natural stone sample, and so on. On the basis of these specifications, we will draw up a full quotation, accompanied if necessary by moulds or even samples.
The second stage: validation of the technical file.
It starts when the prototype order is validated. We will then create a complete technical file for the product(s). This file will cover all the components of the product (texture, colours, veining, support, styling elements, etc.). Only after validation will we proceed with the production of the veneer. This stage ends with the production of prototypes that will enable the product to be validated in real life.
The third stage: conformity of the prototype and launch of production.
This stage begins with the launch of production based on the validation of the prototype(s). Throughout this stage, our teams ensure directly on the production sites that everything conforms to the validated prototype. This stage ends with a final quality check before shipment.
The fourth stage: packing and shipping.
During this phase, the products will be packaged in accordance with the specifications and then shipped or ready for collection if the customer has not chosen the shipping service.
The final stage...
It’s not up to us, it’s up to you: it’s how you, your customers and your staff use the veneers and accessories you’ve designed for them. However, we can help you by training your installation teams remotely or on site to ensure that your projects are carried out to perfection.
